At Artinka.com we are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

How can I return or exchange a product?
It is easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Simply send us an email to service@artinka.com asking for the return and assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange and you order number. We will send you by mail the documentation to send us the product. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, insure the package and mail it to:
