- Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your
site?
A: We take important steps to make sure shopping at Artinka is safe. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and higher), Netscape Navigator (version 2.0 and higher), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and higher). - Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top left corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
- Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 3 months of purchase. (Returns must be in the state you received them.). Just send us an email requesting a return or exchange. More information here.
- Q: How long will it take before I recive my
order?
A: Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the shipping option you chooseand where the items ships from. Artinka.com has two main offices: Miami, FL, and Lima.
Items located in our Miami offices.
Ground 3-7 days: FREE
2nd Day - 2 business days: UPS or DHL shipping rates.
Nxt Day - 1 business days: UPS or DHL shipping rates.
Items located in our Lima, Peru offices.
International Regular 10-20 days. UPS or DHL shipping rates.

- Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Unfortunately, if your order does not qualify for next business day delivery (See: How long will it be before I receive my order?), we are unable to expedite shipment.
- Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Bank Checks, and Paypal.
- Q: How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money
Orders?
A: At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
- Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United
States?
A: We ship almost any international locations, please change the country during the checkount process.
- Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO
addresses?
A: Yes, Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
- Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an
order?
A: Most of our items we have them stocked in the USA, these are shipped free of charge to a destination within the United States or its territories. Shipping charges apply to orders shipped internationally. (For details, see our Shipping Policy).
- Q: What are the shipping charges for returning or exchanging
an order?
A: There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States. (For details, see: >Shipping Policy).
- Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that
there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Bank checks and Paypal.
- Q: I want to know if you carry a specific
product?
A: You can Search our products in the field on top left corner of all the pages. Just type the product you are looking for and click the button "Search!" and you will be shown a list of all items on our site that meet this criteria.
- Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Sales tax will be added to orders on items located in USA that are being sent to Florida. Items that are shipped directly from our international warehouse will not have sales tax.
